BIKE RIDE 30-40K:
Group Bike Ride is the long ride of the week, and covers 30-40km. It is designed for cyclists and triathletes who wish to improve and increase their endurance, but is also suitable for beginner to intermediate athletes looking at competing over middle to long distance triathlons.

BASIC RUNNING:
Class helps the way you position the various parts of your upper body as you run. Along with your running stride (the length and frequency of your steps), your posture contributes to your overall running form.

OPEN SWIM:
Most triathlons are held in the open water, and so swimming in the open water is a skill that needs to be developed to enable athletes to have the best race they can when competing. Open Water Swim class teaches participants specific techniques on how to swim in the ocean, including sighting, purposing, and drafting.

BIKE RIDE 50-60K:
Group Bike Ride is the long ride of the week, and covers 50-60km. It is designed for cyclists and triathletes who wish to improve and increase their endurance, but is also suitable for beginner to intermediate athletes looking at competing over middle to long distance triathlons.

LONG RUN 7-12K:
Long Run on Quiet Road sessions are perfect for runners that enjoy group training and interesting terrain.

LONG RIDE 80-100K:
Cycling brings with it many health benefits. From an improvement in athletic performance, to a better night’s sleep, cycling accessible to all levels and is the favoured sport by millions of people around the world. Cycling offers similar benefits to running.

LEARN TO TRI (SWIM):
Highly experienced, certified and caring instructors teach our “Learn to Swim” classes. The coaches help swimmers at every level feel at ease in the water and profess to the next level of swimming proficiency. The program provides group class training sessions for children 3 years old and up. The fun environment provides a setting where children interact with each other and learn from one another.
